My career started out in the film industry, then transitioned to VR, and now I'm doing all of my work with real time rending; primarily with Unity.
Out of school I started out working on marketing projects for Disney and some TV shows at Soapbox films in Burbank. Then I moved to Silicon Valley to start work at Lytro, a light-field camera startup. There I worked with their Cinema team before transitioning onto their VR team and becoming the go-to Unity Tech Artist. After that I started working at Baidu USA as the lead artist creating cities and road networks for autonomous vehicle simulation. Here I was responsible for creating our whole art pipeline from scratch using the latest techniques like photogrammetry and new Unity features like their High Definition Render Pipeline.
Following that I started in my current role as a Technical Environment Artist working at 343 Industries on Halo Infinite!
